Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option delivers your order within 7-14 business days after the processing period. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, weather, and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays or misdelivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are free on all U.S. orders. You can view any applicable fees (if added later) at checkout before completing your order.
International Shipping
At this time, Modo does not offer international shipping. We plan to expand soon — stay tuned for updates.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify your shipping information, please contact us at shopwithmodo@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at shopwithmodo@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly. We may request photos or additional information to assist with claims.
